Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies Stick.ge uses, and why.
1. What Is a Cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a site stores in your browser, allowing the site to remember information about your visit on a later visit or while navigating within the site.
2. Cookies We Use
- Essential (technical) cookies — used to maintain your site session (e.g. your login status, CSRF protection for safely submitting forms) and to remember preferences such as your chosen language (Georgian/English/Russian) and your response to the cookie consent banner. Without these cookies, core Site features (login, posting a listing) will not work.
- Analytics cookies (optional) — if enabled by the administration, Google Analytics and/or Meta (Facebook) Pixel use their own cookies to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about site visitors (e.g. number of visits, popular pages). This data is governed by Google's and Meta's own policies.
Stick.ge does not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.
3. Cookie Consent
On your first visit to the Site, a cookie notice is shown. Clicking "Accept" stores a separate cookie that remembers your choice for one year and stops the notice from being shown again.
4. Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent the Site from working correctly (for example, logging in or posting a listing may fail).
5. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes on the Site.
6. Contact
For questions about cookies, please contact us through the channels listed on the Site.
