This document explains how Stick.ge (the "Platform") collects, uses, and protects user data while you use the Site.

1. What Data We Collect

Phone number — used to log you in (via SMS code) and to let other users contact a seller.
Listing content — title, description, price, category, tags, and uploaded photos.
Technical data — IP address and a device identifier, used to prevent fraud, spam, and abuse (for example, limiting how often a phone number can be revealed, and checking whether a device has already rated a given advertiser).
Cookies and session data — used to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (e.g. chosen language, cookie consent). See the Cookie Policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Data

To identify you at login via a one-time SMS code;
To publish and display your listings to other users;
To connect buyers and sellers (phone reveal, WhatsApp/Viber links);
To keep the Site secure — preventing and detecting spam, fraudulent listings, and account abuse;
To collect basic statistics needed for the Site to function (e.g. how many times a listing was viewed).

3. Who We Share Data With

Your phone number is shared with our SMS provider solely to send the one-time verification code. A listing author's phone number and public profile information are visible to other users who request to reveal it on that listing — this is a core part of the Platform's functionality. If enabled by the administration, the Site may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Meta (Facebook) Pixel to collect general visitor behavior statistics; these tools are separately governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers (Google, Meta). We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

A listing and its associated data are kept as long as the listing is active or until the author deletes it. Deleted or administratively removed listings and their photos may be retained for a reasonable period for technical archiving or fraud investigation, after which they are securely deleted.

5. Your Rights

You may request:

a copy of your personal data (including your phone number);
deletion of your listings and account-related data;
correction of inaccurate data.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure.

7. Minors

Stick.ge is intended for adult users. The Site does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be published on this same page.
